Carat weight: 2.45ct

Dimensions: 7.75mm x 10.65mm

This dark and mysterious sapphire shows a unique striped banded effect. Known as ‘sergeant stripes’ these bands of colour are alternating at geometric angles throughout the stone. The base colour of the stone is a very dark green and the stripes alternate between a bronzy green and a dark teal.

This sapphire has been mined and cut by Andrew Jarrett.
