Made from a super comfortable half round profile with soft smooth edges, with a polished finish. Each rice sheaf is individually hand raised and stamped directly into the metal. No moulds or casting methods are used. Each ring is hand forged and hand filed to a precise half round profile. Whilst every care will be taken to replicate the rice sheaf, no two will ever be exactly the same and some very slight variations will occur. The symbology of the rice sheaf is similar to that of the wheat sheaf, which has been popular in jewellery for centuries, and its meanings are wide and varied. Some include prosperity, longevity, rebirth and regrowth, fertility, and abundance.
