Shipping & Returns

  • All orders will be sent via Express Post with tracking through Australia Post.

    All metropolitan areas in Australia should expect to receive an ordered item that is in stock within 2-3 business days. Rural and Western areas of Australia may take a few days longer to receive their parcel. Any delays in arrival are attributed to Australia Post and is out of our control, however we will keep a keen eye on any delays and follow up with any package delays accordingly.

  • All international orders will be sent with tracking by airmail through Australia Post. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, but allow approximately 2 weeks for an in stock item, longer for a made to order item. Please note that some countries charge customs/duties fees upon arrival before you can collect your item. Any International Ground fees incurred are not the responsibility of Susan Ewington, and will need to be paid for by the customer. Please get in touch with Susan if you are unsure of your countries policies and she will try to assist you with further information where possible.

  • Items shipped within Australia are insured for their replacement value. Items shipped overseas can be quoted for adding shipping insurance, price on application. Please contact Susan if you would like to add insurance to your international shipping. The cost will be invoiced separately to your order, and will vary depending your location.

  • Yes! You can still purchase the item through the online shop, and during checkout you will be asked to select ‘Pick Up’ as a free option instead of posting. We will get notified and be in touch to organise a time you can come in to pick it up. We can also process card payments in the studio so if you would prefer to come in and have a look before purchasing, that’s fine too! Pease get in touch with Susan to organise a time for collection from her Noosa studio.

  • All jewellery items over the value of $200 will be packaged in a branded jewellery box. All jewellery items under the value of $200 will be packaged in a branded linen pouch. Gemstones are packaged within a gemstone box, labeled with specific gemstones details, and within a branded linen pouch. All items are packaged for post with the utmost care to ensure safe travels and that your item arrives in a perfect condition. Susan Ewington Jewellery is committed to reducing environmental impact, and all packages are posted in plastic free (or post consumer recycled) packing materials for protection and sealed in a fully compostable plastic free postage satchel and label.

  • Susan Ewington will repair any piece free-of-charge within a two week period from purchase, unless the item has clearly been mistreated or damaged by owner through misuse. The returned piece will be inspected and assessed upon its return before further action is taken, and before the free repair is decided. Any repairs after this time will incur a charge, unless it's clearly a design or manufacture fault, in which case the customer is required to contact Susan Ewington to arrange the repair of the piece.

  • If the customer would like to return or exchange a product because of change of mind, please contact Susan as soon as possible after receiving the item with the understanding that some restrictions apply.

    Returned goods are subject to a quality check. Goods that have been used and/or worn will not be accepted for return or exchange.

    Please note: Goods which have been custom made, ie: special commission, or altered at request by the customer from the original design displayed on any shop item, will not be eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances unless there is a manufacturing default.

    Returns and exchanges on items will be accepted within five (5) days of the delivery confirmation date. If there is a price difference in the instance of exchange, the customer will be contacted for payment information.

    If the customer believes the item has been damaged during shipping, please let Susan know within three (3) days and everything possible will be done to assist you. Please include images of the damaged item. Every item posted is packaged securely and will be in brand new, untouched, unused condition.

    Any returned items for exchange or refund should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible to ensure that they have a safe return.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
